"This is to maximize battery performance in a variety of temperatures," said Sheriff Marakby, director of Ford for the electrification program & Engineering in the official statement of Ford, Wednesday, September 8, 2010. "Fluid system is more effectively than air cooling system."
Electric car of Focus will be assembled at the assembly plant Michigan, United States. The vehicle is able to crawl 100 miles without using fuel at all.
Electric Focus is one of Ford's electric vehicle to be launched in the next three years. Electric Car Focus and Ford Transit Connect commercial electric van is a small car to be produced in the end of 2010.
