MCN revealed that Burgess and his crew also will return to Rossi Yamaha. It was confirmed during the Malaysian GP at the Sepang Circuit last month.
The return of Rossi certainly remind people rivalitasnya the Spaniard is now the number one Yamaha rider status who had just won the world title in both MotoGP, Jorge Lorenzo. Of that, Burgess had an answer, as an exclusive interview with MCN.
Next week, Valentino Rossi will end a very painful adventure with Ducati since he rejoined to gush Yamaha YZR-M1 machine. "The Doctor" will start the journey with Yamaha was the post-race test at Valencia.
Rossi did not return to the team as Japan's. Nine-time world champion grand prix will also continue its cooperation with the crew boss Jerry Burgess, of which they have been together since 2000.
For more than a decade, the pair managed to win four world titles and won 46 victories, the more achieved with Yamaha. Rossi also admitted that Burgess and his faithful crew take great contribution to the success of his career.

Indeed, Rossi and Burgess never apart so that when the Italian rider was leaving Yamaha at the end of 2010 to join Ducati, Burgess, too. But when Rossi agreed to return to Yamaha for the 2013 season, there was a news Burgess reluctant to move because he wanted to complete his mission with Ducati.
Q: What is it that the Yamaha Valentino at this point in his career?
B: experience. Yamaha of course very pleased with what he had done for them in the past. Getting confirmation between Jorge and Valentino in the development of policy might be because Honda now Yamaha seems to have a number of advantages. Both will be a highly experienced group on the track, so it will be very important for Yamaha.
Question: What do you feel about returning to the Yamaha?
Burgess: It's actually more to the rider. He certainly was able to reach back for something different at Yamaha and they certainly made an opportunity for him. So, they also believe. You could call it a life line to go back there and everyone will be waiting nervously testing in Valencia.
Q: Valentino said he could not imagine racing without his crew. Do you feel the same?
B: We've been together from 2000 to the present, so that the potential for sometimes I think there's something in the sport benefited by the change. But anyone familiar with the system and how to work Yamaha Yamaha. They are also familiar with how we work.
Q: Are you thinking about quitting?
B: I've always wanted to do what was best for the rider. I always wanted to see it during the day when he stopped racing and that's what I do first with Mick (Doohan). I do not want to destroy their purpose and as long as I think I can contribute, I would be happy to stay and I did it.
Q: So, you never mind when Valentino signed a contract which means you will move with him?
B: Always hesitant because it brings the riders back is one thing. Historically when workers have moved in the past, is not necessarily easy to step back. It is also in the industry. But we all know Yamaha and the same people are still there, so it was not too difficult.
Q: Since you know the Yamaha so well, does it make it easier preparation for 2013?
B: I do not think the job would be easy. We understand how to work on the Ducati and systems and strategies in the garage is similar in all the garage that I've worked on it. I do not think that there will be a lot of trouble. We will face four trials before stepping on the track in Qatar next year. I would not say would be easy, but it will not be more trouble.
