Los Angeles,  - The entry into the U.S. electric Jazz, Nissan Motor Company's  followed by a Nissan Leaf on sale since late 2010. However, car sales are now more inclined because of the price range that far adrift from the conventional-engined vehicles. Not to mention, consumers must purchase the equipment power charging the battery (charger) in their homes, the cost burden.

"Each new generation of electric cars will be better and better. Technology continues to evolve, including the mileage will continue to grow," Thilo Koslowski beber, Anais automotive Inccorporated from Gartner.

Honda Motor Company to provide incentives in the form of rebates to be diverted to the payment of any insurance purchase of electricity of  Jazz in Los Angeles, United States (U.S.). This tactic is to maintain the price of electric cars remain competitive in the eyes of consumers.

"This step is a marketing tool that is quite interesting," said Rebecca Lindland, an analyst with IHS Automotive reported by the Los Angeles Times (06/28/2012).

Honda executives said, with insurance to cover the cost of electricity in the U.S. Jazz marketing more effective. Honda worry, consumers will think over and over again, for fear that insurance companies will not cover damage to the car population is still a handful.Initially, Honda Jazz does not want to sell electricity. But just about to rent out 1,100 units in the general population, starting in July 2012. Costs required only 389 dollar fee or Rp3, 6 million per month (excluding taxes) with no entrance fee. Lease term also includes maintenance, emergency road assistance, including collision insurance. However, the tenant must pay the cost of mandatory Fit Insurance $ 100,000 per occurrence or a 300,000 U.S. dollars for dependents "all risk", because it does not include the dependents of the Honda.

Honda hopes to increase sales of electric cars is still small in number. By adding a new model, making consumers more choice and more competitive due to be produced in mass quantities. Jazz electricity can travel 82 miles (132 km) in a single charge, far above the Nisan Leaf is only 73 miles (117.4 km) and the Ford Focus 76 miles (122.3 km).
