MANUFACTURER of American car, Ford Motor Company (FMC) is looking to take advantage of an effort to re-bills to be included in the list of recycled material to be used as padding, insulation and other components.
With approximately 4536 kg of paper money is destroyed every day, Ford was exploring to add a 'waste' into materials that can be recycled or reclaimed meterial that where there is the name of soybeans, denim and plastic bottles.
By using foam material made from soy base material for the seat cushion and headrest, Ford has reduced its use of petroleum around 2,267,962 kg per year. And every Ford Fusion is built, has used the equivalent of two pairs of blue jeans to be used as a silencer.
Ford has started its efforts in the use of recycled material in about 10 years ago as a way to reduce oil use of earth on the components of which are generally made of plastic.
