Toyota Yaris Hybrid will be on the road in this June


TOKYO - To distinguish them from conventional engine version Yaris, Toyota will make a slight improvement in appearance. Like the front bumper with a more aggressive design, as well as the use of the new headlamps with LED technology.

Toyota Motor Corp. (TMC) announced that the Toyota Yaris Hybrid will be launched and sold in June 2012. However, the launch will be done first in Europe and will catch up to other countries.

Before officially launched next June, the Yaris Hybrid is first exhibited in prestigious automotive ajanmg in Europe, Geneva Motor Show 2012, March. In fact, TMC has leaked some drawings and specifications before entering production.

The kitchen runway, Yaris Hybrid is equipped with 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor that can generate power up to 100 hp and fuel issued just 79 g / km of CO2 that can burn an average of 3.3 liters every 100 km.

The number is far less efficient than the Prius that consumes 2.63 liters of fuel to travel 100 km.
