Infiniti's reportedly make electric sport car concept

Tokyo - "Infiniti is ready featuring hybrid and clean diesel to be sold. And an electric sedan is also being done. The next step is to cut the boundaries between performance and efficiency," he added.

But unfortunately, in addition to two pieces of leaked images, Infiniti seems still reluctant to reveal what kind of car it was and what technology they contain.

Infiniti is currently gearing seems to make news. And most recently, Infiniti reportedly ready to give birth to a sports car concept that uses the energy source of electrical power.

Cars range-extending electric sports car concept is planned to be shown at the Geneva motor show 2012 event will be held a few months away. Before that, the leaked picture was given.

But to achieve this goal, Infiniti seems to have first learned from his mother, Nissan, which has managed to make electric cars Nissan's best-selling range of LEAF.

But unlike the Nissan LEAF that really only uses electricity as its power source, it seems Infiniti sports car will still use conventional engines such as gasoline or diesel to be used as a generator that will power the battery charge he was carrying.

Chances are, this system will be similar to that applied by General Motors in the Chevrolet Volt which is a Nissan LEAF opponent.

"At the Geneva show next year we will show our latest vision of a truly new for a premium performance car," said Andy Palmer, executive vice president of Nissan and Infiniti, as quoted from Car Magazine, Tuesday (22/11/2011).
