Valentino Rossi will get a new crew boss for the first time in many years with Jeremy Burgess. The reason, Burgess will miss the Mugello Circuit, Italy this weekend.

Burgess had to return to Australia to meet his wife, who underwent a series of medical tests and may be forced to have surgery. Ducati said in a statement.

Burgess role will be replaced by Max Bartolini, who normally works as a technical manager.
