British People prefer Money to the Environment

A study conducted by Auto Trader in the UK showed that people interested in environmentally friendly vehicles not because they care about the environment, but because they care about their money.



73% of vehicle owners in the UK will follow the principle of 'going green' to save more for their money spent to buy fuel. While the riders who are interested in buying environmentally friendly cars because they really care about the environment only 41%.

In terms of the importance of reducing exhaust emissions, as much as 57% of respondents agreed and realized the impact their driving habits on the environment, at least once a month they check emissions. While 23% of respondents said that environmental affairs has never occurred at all in their minds.

It is also striking is that, as much as 49% of British car riders have expressed thoughts to buy an electric-powered cars in the near future. The reason, they are confused in which they have to recharge. While most electric cars can use electricity at home.
