Former chief engineer who handles the birth of the Chevrolet Volt, Frank Weber now owns his newposition at BMW. While at GeneralMotors (GM), he dedicated as head of GM's product planningfor theOpel and Vauxhall.
Officially, Weber is now serving as head of the architecture of the BMW and he is also expected to work hard in the BMWEfficientDynamics program currently being promoted by the company. Furthermore according to the experiences that have long been involved with the Plug-in hybrid technology.
BMW's own party had not officially revealed when Weber started to charge for reportedly negotiations are still ongoing with Opel. To be sure, in its later Weber will be responsible to Klaus Draeger as authorized head of research and development at BMW.
