Toyota Prepare 11 New Hybrid Engine for Hybrid Car, and how about electric Car

Toyota has huge interest to enter green automotove. Yet, there are several problem for electric car. As we know, electric car is very interesting. The problem faced, mileage for one timecharging is very limited. Infrastructure for unavailable recharger, especially in public places. In addition, the timeneeded to recharge the battery is still relatively quite long. As a result, most convenient solution is a hybrid. That is why Toyota is more interested in Hybrids project, even though Electric car is quite consistent to produce globally after solving faced problems someday. sorry, it is just my subjective opinion and prediction.

Toyota was preparing a big project. Manufacturers from Japan's giants were preparing 11 hybrid engine - new and refreshment - which would be launched in 2012. But Toyota also did not ignore consumers who are interested in internal engine combustion engine.

As quoted from Toyota Party was saying the page autoevolution.com, Tuesday (23/11), the new upgrading of the engine would produce more power. But at the same time, it would reduce fuel consumption and low exhaust emissions. It said they would use technology turbocharger and direct fuel injection.

"Within the next five years, the trend will lead to downsizing the engine and the use of turbocharger machinery," he said, "said Takeshi Uchiyamada, Executive Vice President of TMC, which was responsible for R & D.

He said the turbo and direct injection Geuel would be used in all Toyota models including four-cylinder engine as installed in the Toyota Corolla and Toyota Camry.

The man who was also chief engineer of the first generation Prius was said in the near future, it would be more and more cars equipped with turbochargers. It was Development but do not just stop there. Uchiyamada said other development would also be conducted.

"For example, with idle-stop technology that will automatically turn off the engine when the car stop operation and variable valve system (variable valve system)," he said.

Toyota needed new technology to win the competition with Hyundai Motor Co.. South Korean manufacturer was doing a big jump in the manufacturing of green cars.

Uchiyamada exposed the leak of info about 11 engine, 4 of which were a refresher of the hybrid engine were now available. While 7 others were , pure hybrid, hybrid, or gasoline. He said the move was made because Toyota estimated that hybrid-engined cars would be sold for 1 million units in 2015.

In 2009, Toyota sold as many as 530 thousand hybrid units worldwide. American market would absorb 10 to 20 percent of Toyota's hybrid sales in 2020.
