Portland - a motorcycle manufacturer from the United States, Brammo, launched a brand-new generation of electric-powered sport model: Brammo Empulse. Although it is powered stun, naked streetfighter motor is capable of racing up to 160 kilometers per hour.
As reported by motorcycle.com, founder Brammo of Craigm Bramscher said that newer Brammo is not a regular motorcycle. "With a speed of 100 miles per hour (160 kilometers per hour), it will make Empulse streetfighter become more than evolutionary, but revolutionary," he asserted.
Motorcycle began for shipping in the third quarter of 2010 was offered in three variants based on the ability of the battery used. First, lithium ion battery with a capacity of 6 kilo watt hour (kWh), in which it can cover the distance to 97 kilometers (km).
Secondly, battery contained by 8 kWh have traveled 129 km. While third variant is a variant with a capacity of 10 kWh battery driven up to a distance of 160 km.
