Billionaire Elon Musk believes that he could be creation of new battery technology for a wider range of uses not just electric cars.
Tesla Motors owners are creating new battery with more compact shape and can be applied in the pillar utility vehicle and can be shifted to meet the electricity needs of residential, business and other activities.
Reported by Bloomberg (29/04/2015), Musk will introduce a new generation of batteries designed to store energy from the sun and wind. If the technology is successful, Tesla Motors will have a secondary business potential than just selling electric cars only. Projections can even supply the battery needs billions of dollars in the next decade.
Not in the electric power industry is capable of creating the ability to store energy in large quantities but at a low cost for distribution to consumers. Tesla staking 5 billion US dollars to build a new battery plant "Gigafactory" which again was built in Nevada, USA.
