The format of the prestigious automotive Frankfurt Motor Show 2013, Toyota officially introduced the Toyota Yaris Hybrid-R Concept. Although still a concept, this is the most powerful Yaris.
Toyota Yaris Hybrid-R Concept is a sub-compact three-door models with turbocharged four-cylinder engine capacity of 1.6 liters. This machine is capable of producing 300 horsepower with a maximum torque of 420 Nm (310 lb-ft). As reported by Inautonews, Thursday (12/09/2013).
In addition to getting a turbocharged engine, the Yaris Hybrid-R is also equipped with three electric motors, each producing up to 60 horsepower are placed on the back, one on the wheel, and the third is located in girbox.
With three electric motors, hybrid car is capable of producing not less than 120 horsepower. With the help of three conventional engine and electric motor, the Yaris Hybrid R possess the combined power up to 429 horsepower.
Yaris Hybrid-R's line-up in addition to having gahar engine, the car's exterior design also looks interesting with a sporty design. Unfortunately the Toyota has not provided detailed information these hybrid cars, more detailed information will be presented ahead of the company's production.
