lotus evora exhaust get investigated by NHTSA

CALIFORNIA - Previously, there have been cases related to this issue. NHTSA received two reports from consumers who claimed that his burning of  Lotus Evora exhaust.



Campaign recall or withdrawal likely was rife in the global automotive world. After several manufacturers from Japan and the U.S., is now recall cases occurred in British sports car manufacturer, Lotus.
 
Lotus was forced to pull back 80 units Evora circulating in the United States (U.S.) because of the risk of fire. Thus was launched Inautonews Sunday
(10/14/2012).

According to the National Highway Safety Institute of America (NHTSA) 80 units of  Lotus Evora is a 2011 production. The  sports  car  is  experiencing problems with one of the pipes are easily broken in the machine.
 
If the pipe line to the machine is broken, then the potential for very large fires. This sangak endanger the driver and passengers. Therefore NHTSA warned to Lotus to immediately pull it back for repair.
 
"It fragile pipes to supply fuel to the engine cylinders. If the pipe is broken then the oil will run out and quickly destroy the engine. The loss of oil would make the heat so that it can emit sparks, "NHTSA said.
