Valentino Rossi AGV helmet with sentences "Wish You Were Here" at the top

MISANO - Valentino Rossi AGV helmet brings deep memory of his past true experiences.

Advanced Series MotoGP held at Misano, Italy, Valentino Rossi will be wearing a specially designed helmet to commemorate the tragic accident suffered by Marco Simoncelli.

The Yamaha rider has not gotten over the fact have lost a good friend of the profession, especially The Doctor involved in an incident which eventually killed Marco Simoncelli.

Assisted by Aldo Drudi, Rossi would like to express his guilt through the helmet he was wearing. Alerts the AGV helmet reads "Wish You Were Here" at the top. Similarly, as reported by autoevolution, Wednesday (18/09/2013).



Marco Simoncelli died at the Sepang circuit, Malaysia, on October 23, 2011. Super Sic, nicknamed Simoncelli, fell off his bike in very close proximity with Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi, both of them could not avoid a collision that leads to him at high speed.

Edwards was injured and suffered a dislocated shoulder, while Simoncelli died on the way to hospital.
