One of the luxury car manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz, back to take record of sales in July. As many as 116,790 vehicles sold globally base on car sales reports.
As reported by Inautonews, since the beginning of the automobile manufacturer based in Germany managed to sell 811,227 units, up 8.1 percent on car sales reports. This positive result was driven by sales of the new E-Class models and compact cars in the country of China, Russia, and the United States.
"New E-Class has proved a great success, and we have a compact model is more popular than ever. Middle of July, we also launched the New S-Slass for customers in Europe," stated Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Dr Joachim Schmid.
Mercy also recorded an increase in sales in Europe, winning market share in sales throughout the old continent. "Our target in 2013 is to increase passenger car sales of 1.4 million units worldwide," he added.
Overall, sales in July rose 15.5 percent in Europe as many as 54 096 units with sales in the UK rose 15.4 percent, Belgium 16.9 percent, 192.1 percent and Turkey. For the U.S. alone rose 22.5 percent to a total of 23 648 vehicles, China rose 31.2 percent to 18,530 vehicles.
Last month Mercedes managed to sell 28,787 Model A-Class, B-Class, and the CLA-Class vehicles. For the E-Class models achieve outstanding success by selling as many as 21 051 units rose 25.5 percent and for models of SUVs rose by 19.5 percent to 181,380 units.
