American Subaru will fix the problem of Subaru Legacy, Outback and Subaru Tribeca and Forester
American Subaru will fix the problem with the install. Subaru asked the owner of the car to authorized Subaru dealer for repair service next month.
Subaru car maker started pulling 633,000 cars were sold in the United States because there was minor damage to some light under the door (puddle light). The light is potentially a fire.
Subaru cars are pulled consisting of Subaru Legacy, Outback production 2010 and 2011, Subaru Tribeca 2006-2012 production and Forester production of 2009-2012.
Subaru party had sent a statement to the National Highway Safety Institute (NHTSA) United States related damage to the lamp.
But only Subaru Japan says at least 53,999 cases related to this issue are considered to be very problematic. Parties Subaru claimed could not identify lamp failure so to do a recall in the U.S.. Subaru is said to potentially light smoke and flames.
"It could lead to a short circuit. From the system can produce heat that can melt the plastic and cause a fire," NHTSA said as quoted by the Detroit News.
