Geely competes to Toyota for Aston Martin

According to sources, Toyota has held several meetings with Aston Martin in recent weeks. Not to be outdone, Geely plans to launch a similar strategy when buying Volvo, one of them by seeking government support.

After buying Volvo, Geely interested in buying Aston Martin as well as enliven the competition with Toyota which first estimates asr British sports car.

Ford bought Aston Martin in 1987 and sold to a company in Kuwait Investment Dar Inc., worth 925 million U.S. dollars in 2007.

Currently Investment Dar Inc. plans to set back their debts by selling a 64 percent stake in Aston Martin valued at 800 million U.S. dollars. The deal attracted the attention of Geely and Toyota.

Late last November, a private equity firm based in Europe Investindustrial has offered about 401 million U.S. dollars but the company India's Mahindra & Mahindra to pass with a higher offer.

Eh, even Mahindra resigns as Aston Martin's financial condition is problematic and may Investasmen Dar support the rehabilitation process, so inautonews.
