Aston Martin come closer to Mahindra & Mahindra


LONDON - Aston Martin is currently owned by a consortium of Kuwait Investemnt Dar Co.. The company also bought a luxury car company from Ford in 2007 with a value of 479 million pound sterling.

For your information, Mahindra & Mahindra is the largest tractor manufacturer in the world and the leading SUV manufacturer in India. Mahindra is also currently monitoring the car manufacturer from South Korea, Ssangyong Motor.

Aston Martin brand Ownership by Mahindra & Mahindra will be realized in the near future. Yes, an Indian automotive company intends to have the largest share of the British sports car manufacturer's.

Reported Inautonews, Tuesday (11/27/2012), Mahindra & Mahindra's closest competitor is a company from Italy, Investindustrial. However, Mahindra reportedly dared to bid higher so that the opportunity to own Aston Martin became increasingly open.

Under the deal, the three shareholders and the management team will retain a residual stake. Mahindra may have to pay between 120 million pounds to 200 million pound sterling  to acquire a strategic stake.
