Japanese manufacturer plans to invest $ 2 billion

LOS ANGELES -  the Japanese manufacturer is also planning to invest $ 2 billion to start a new plant, adding 3000 new workers. The plant will develop as many as 175 000 subcompact variants until the end of next year.

Nissan is preparing to increase production capacity at the plant the United States. Japanese manufacturer is planning to assemble 85 percent of new vehicles in the United States in 2015.

With increasing production capacity, Nissan will open new vacancies 9000 employees. The plan, Nissan will produce 425,000 vehicles in the U.S.. In addition, Nissan also will produce 200,000 lithium-ion batteries for electric cars.

Nissan already has a plant in the U.S. to assemble several models. However, Nissan believes is able to expand the production of all models of Nissan and Infiniti sold in the U.S..

Rogue Production and Leaf done in Canton plant. While at Mississippi plant will assemble the Nissan Sentra. To expand its range, Nissan will offers 1,000 new jobs in the Canton plant to increase the salaries of 4500 employees.

In addition, Nissan also has an engine plant located in Decherd, Tennessee. The plan will add 90 jobs in 2012 and about 400 new jobs at the end of the year, to build electric motors.
