Long driving activities per day should be considered

Dallas - surprising news came from the United States. A recent study says that motorists who use the car every day just to walk as far as 16 km in danger of heart disease, diabetes or cancer.

It was certainly surprising. Temporary workers every day just to drive only as far as 24 km is more likely to be obese and have problems with the lungs.

Researchers from Washington University to get the results after studying the health of 4,300 people in Dallas and Austin. These results reinforce the notion that the driving pretty much every day affect one's job performance, because these conditions can exacerbate health conditions.

"This is the first study that shows that the long traffic jams related to body weight, lower fitness levels and high blood pressure. All this is a powerful trigger of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers," said one researcher Christine Hoehner as detikOto quotes of the Daily Mail.

Dr. Hoehner then suggested that the riders as often find long traffic jams so can not spare more time for exercise. Minor sports such as running when the rest of work was highly recommended.

"For people to live longer they need to find ways to build physical activity into their day. Driving to work has become part of American life, there is no reason why a walk during breaks work can not be a part of American life as well," completion .
