Seven New Future Technology're unveiled by Audi


Audi continues to develop automotive technologies that increasingly sophisticated and very helpful automotive enthusiasts

AUDI has published a booklet that lays out seven future technologies that will be applied on his vehicles. Some of the technology is still in early development stage, and the rest will follow later.

The Audi development engineers have to collaborate with strategic partners who are working on new technologies that include:

Garage Parking Pilot

Technology in the parking guide uses data exchange at the entrance of the parking facility where computers communicate over a network control WLAN garage with the car, then guided him to an empty parking space.

OLED technology (Organic Light Emmiting Diode)

Hybrid Body Material

This technology represents a new hybrid blend of metal with the structure of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Audi has just run the process in the manufacture of a Multimaterial Space Frame, which combines aluminum, steel and fiber-reinforced components.

Coil springs made from FRP / fiberglass can provide weight savings of 40 percent over conventional steel springs. The new FRP spring will be used to model Audi R8 e-tron at the end of this year.

Multitouch Control

Technology system is focused on the touch of a finger touchpad technology innovations that can improve the operating system uses some of the fingertips. The system also sends a response back to the fingertips of users.

Predictive Suspension Technology
