Hyunday's truck segment seem wider and wider


SEOUL - Decision to play in the truck segment is reversed with the European Hyundai policy taken. Previously, Hyundai's European division announced it intends to play in the truck segment and focus only on the passenger car segment.

South Korean auto giant Hyundai Motor Co. has ambitious plans in this year. No half-hearted, Hyundai plans to plunge in the Japanese truck market. Marking its presence, Hyundai launched a trailer and then followed by other large trucks.

Reported by inautonews, Friday (02/17/2012) South Korean company wants to export more vehicles to keep prices low in the country. Hyundai expects to sell hundreds of units per year after successfully selling the bus as many as 50 units in 2011 ago.

In 2009 Hyundai decided to stop passenger vehicles in the domestic market the Rising Sun. The decision was seen as a sensible move considering Japan is one of the largest markets in Asia. Hyundai to focus his attention and more work on the China market, the United States and India.

Armed with experience in the past, Hyundai is expected to improve the strategy and drive back the Japanese auto market through its flagship trucks.
