2012 Ford Focus won five-star EuroNCAP rating

BRUSSELS - Focus to be one of the five best in class by winning five-star EuroNCAP rating. Last year, Ford Focus just get a rating of four stars, but this can be perfected in 2012.

In addition, EuroNCAP also mentions New Ford Ranger pickup went on to become the safest, which has been tested by EuroNCAP. Ranger won a five star rating.

"This award has special meaning for Ford, because we design and build the safest vehicles," said Stephen Odell, Chairman and CEO, Ford of Europe, as reported by autoevolution, Wednesday (08/02/2012).

"Focus of our exemplifies an approach to designing a car that can avoid accidents and to protect the passenger if the accident had been unavoidable," explained Odell.
