Two hackers successfully unlocked the door and turn the Subaru Outback's latest engine

Two hackers successfully unlocked the door and turn the  Subaru Outback's latest engine

LAS VEGAS - Investigators from the ISEC Partners, United States, in a security conference of "Black Hat" in Las Vegas demonstrated how hackers operate. It says, in its operations, the hacker uses the GSM mobile phone and a technique they called "SMS War" (war texting) to damage the car security system in just a few hours. Two hackers successfully unlocked the door and turn the  Subaru Outback's latest engine. Remarkably, they are not prying the door, but only by sending a short message SMS electronic alias to get into the car. Loh, how come?

Both hackers were Don Bailey and Matthew Solnik.ndroid. "It's not too important if I could open a car door. It's fun and sexy. But what if the system (security) was used to control the phone, power, traffic systems? This is just a big threat," said Bailey.

However, as is known, various car manufacturers the world are now beginning to offer similar mobile applications that can control the car through the phone, such as General Motors, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. Well, if you are worried that modern cars can now be cracked only with SMS?

Both hackers were added, they will not disclose relevant information technology to break through this security system. That includes cars that are vulnerable anywhere burglarized, before the brand was doing an update on security system design.
