The players really drive it on the road, while the screen displays the street in front of it true but in the format of the racing game for Sega 8-bit classic Outrun video game. The goal for the paraplegic is not only silent in the back of the computer.

It's designed by scientists of University of California Irvine researcher named Garnet Hertz, this cart has a dual video cameras that scan the front-facing environment in front of the 'car'.

Unfortunately the system has no ability to recognize other objects such as vehicles or pedestrians, so not a good idea to bring the cart to the highway.

Existing software then analyzes the resulting output camera, looking for anything that looks like a street and then display it in an actual in game console with a display screen exactly like the original Outrun game.
