Environmental experts recommend Toyota, Ford, and Honda is Most Friendly

Washington - A number of environmental experts from various countries joined the Union of Concerned Scientists stated that the Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota), Ford Motor Company (Ford), and Honda Motor Company (Honda) as the top hybrid car manufacturers.

Experts judged that the hybrid car produced by the three companies that have the highest value in terms of efficient fuel and exhaust emissions. "We compared each model (three manufacturer's products) with a similar model (engine) of conventional gasoline," said Don Anair, an analyst at the organization, as reported by detroitnews.com, Thursday, July 7, 2011.

The results showed that the Toyota Prius and Honda Civic Hybrid as the top vehicle in the segment of non-luxury car market. As for Ford's Lincoln MKZ CT 200h hybrid and the Lexus ranks highest in the luxury car segment.

Only, the wise association did not release details of their research results. However, Anair declare CO2 emissions hybrid car was 40 percent lower than the conventional version.
