Resilience Test is applied to Nissan Nismo RC Leaf at Le Mans

JAPAN-Nissan Motor Co.., Ltd. and Nissan Motorsport International Co., Ltd. announced it will demonstrate Leaf Nissan Nismo RC in "Le Mans ver le futur" in which the electric car will do 79 times a lap for 24 hours, which will take place 9 and June 11 next.


RC Nismo Nissan Leaf is a race car built by Nissan Leaf, having a first electric vehicle in the world. And Nissan Nismo RC Leaf is the first racing car with a spec that produce zero emissions.

The car was first introduced in the New York International Auto Show which took place last April and his presence attracted enough attention to the exhibition visitors.

As reported by Autoblog, 24 hours at Le Mans is an endurance test of the most famous in the world, held at the Circuit de la Sarthe, near Le Mans, exactly 200 kilometers west of Paris.

Leaf RC Nissan Nismo down kelintasan scheduled in two periods, first on Thursday (9 / 6) 21:15 pm local time and the second on Saturday (11 / 6) at 12:10.

The test is regarded as the world's toughest endurance test for many manufacturers and conduct testing at Le Mans is considered as an honor.
