ASSEN - Ben Spies perfect celebration of 50 years of participation in the Champions Yamaha motorcycle racing with encouraging results. In the seventh MotoGP 2011 in Assen, the Netherlands, on Saturday (25/06/2011), Spies won.

These results are certainly encouraging the Yamaha camp, especially when they had "hurt" by the events that befall Jorge Lorenzo. MotoGP world champion must accept the bitter truth when the race started because he was involved an incident with Marco Simoncelli that fall and, although it could continue the race again, Lorenzo could only finish in sixth.
