Los Angeles - It's not only the hot weather in California, the United States but also the car theft rate is very high. National Insurance Crime Bureau launched the 10 cities of the highest car theft rates in 2010. Eight of them including the Golden State.
10 cities are most prone to car theft in US based on survey
Three cities in California ranks first, and in fact all the towns in the area are in the San Joaquin Valley.
