French still keep holding MotoGP' World championship Until 2016

Le Mans - The French MotoGP racing lovers could breathe and happy. The reason is revealed that Dorna Sports has decided to continue to hold the race at Le Mans circuit coming into 2016.



It is as published by Carmelo Ezpelata, CEP Dorna Sports, the main shareholder of MotoGP racing. Ezpelata pointed out the race has renewed a contract with promoter Claude Michy, Saturday.

"We have a pretty good relationship with Claude Michy. Therefore, we are very pleased to continue this contract coming into 2016," the announcement as reported by SuperSports Ezpelata, Sunday (05/15/2011).

Le Mans MotoGP race listed has been held since 1987. Nevertheless, Dorna Sports Circuit could move the race from Le Mans to various places such as Circuit Paul Ricard and Magny Course.

But, since the 2000 season ago, the Le Mans circuit is believed to hold back the MotoGP race. Since then, Dorna Sports continues to maintain the track named Circuit de la Sarthe until summer 2010.

Today, Circuit de la Sarthe again get a chance to host MotoGP race. Rider Casey Stoner, who performed brilliantly, will start the race from pole position. Meanwhile, last year's winner Jorge Lorenzo, had to settle for starting the race from fifth.
