Red Bull Racing, Sebastian Vettel, assess the race at the Spanish Grand Prix will be more interesting with the enactment of a new wing or Drag Reduction System (DRS) to optimize the ability of the car.
DRS is a formula car rear wing that can be opened and closed by the F1 driver to increase speed in a straight line. The system is officially used in F1 2011.
Spanish Grand Prix which will take place in Catalonia Circuit, Sunday, May 22, 2011, renowned as one of the tracks are complicated by the lack of straight track. However, Vettel assess the presence of DRS, the race this weekend will be more interesting.
"Historically, Catalonia is a circuit which will poor overtaking. But, with the DRS would be different this time. (Circuit) is very fitting for the car and our plans (Red Bull)," stated by Vettel as reported by the Vancouver Sun newspaper.
Teammate Vettel, Mark Webber, also no less optimistic. The Australian rider judge Red Bull have everything to win the Spanish GP.
Webber also sponsor the teammate of Vettel for his fourth victory this season in Catalonia. Vettel leads the drivers standings with 93 points, 34 points ahead of McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton.
"It depends on us to do our best and try to resolve this competition finished early. Vetttel was at the peak of his performance, he started well and no question about it," revealed by Webber.
