Reviews of Crossover Audi 3

SHANGHAI - Audi AG will bring crossover Q3 in Shanghai Motor Show later this month. Of course there are very curious, like what is the form? Incidentally, a manufacturer based in Ingolstadt, Germany, the information about this stuff was leaked, though in the form of sketches via the Internet.

Audi Q3 is positioned to tackle other rivals in the same segment, such as the BMW X1 and the Range Rover Evoque. It looks more robust and smaller dimensions of the Audi Q5.

Design of grill, headlights, and bumper are not much different with "his brother" (Audi Q5). From the news blew, Audi will equip the car with several engine variants, including 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine turbo-powered TFSI of 200 HP, 3.0 liter diesel engine and 3.0 liter gasoline engine supercharger of V6 is powered by 333 HP.

Q3's production will be done by the parent company, Volkswagen AG, Martorell factory near Barcelona, Spain. The opening of this plant will absorb at least 700 new employees and, reportedly, VW is also preparing another new brand, Seat, to accompany the Audi.

China was chosen as the location of first appearance for Q3 because it is the most important markets for Audi today. During the first quarter of this year, sales in China and Hong Kong are recorded 64,122 units or an increase of 24.5 percent over the same period last year.

"Continuing our record last year, in the first quarter of 2011, we are managed to achieve positive growth in China. This year, we are targeting sales of at least 280,000 units," said by Peter Schwarzenbauer, Director of Marketing and Sales of Audi AG.
