Surprisingly, New electric car manufacturer come up again and who else except Fisker Automotive producing Fisker Karma

California: United States automaker, Fisker Automotive will start producing the newest luxury electric sports car, Fisker Karma, this March, at the Finnish plant as reported by site of Winding Road.

The first wave of Fisker Karma's production phase is scheduled to commence on 21 March, and the full production process of the second wave is planned for next October.



Karma will be driven with lithium-ion battery electric motor and two 150-kilowatt power. If you only use electric power, this car can run 50 miles, but after that you can use power from generators driven by turbocharged gasoline engine for 2.0-liter capacity, which it could increase travel distances of up to 250 miles.

In sport mode, using either an electric motor and gasoline engine, can reach speeds of 00-60 miles in 5.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 125 miles per hour.

Shipping First Karma for international importers and retailers will begin in April. Fisker Karma electric sold starting from U.S. $ 95,900

Fisker Karma plans to release a convertible version, as well as other models that are cheaper and will be manufactured in the U.S. in 2012.
